「The 2nd KTN Video Contest」
KTN Video Contest is held by the only Korean broadcast station in Southeastern, U.S., KTN, and Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Atlanta, Atlanta Korean Education Center, using “Han-geul, Korean food, Korean movie, and K-POP” as the theme.
l Date: June 13, 2020
l Place: KTN Ballroom
o 4675 River Green Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30096
l Theme
o Pick more than one of these: Han-geul / Korean Food / Korean Movie / K-POP
o Must include 「The 2nd KTN Video Contest」 in video title or credit
l Apply qualification: everyone (no limits in country and age)
l How to apply: upload the entry on your video channel(ex. YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and send us email info@ktnatlanta.com with the video link and the application form from KTN website.
l Entry standard:
o Form: any video filmed after March 1, 2020
o Duration: 5 min.
o Language: English or Korean (you may use both)
o Team: individual or group
o Entry quantity: only 1 video per individual or group
l Schedule:
o Entry period: May 15 – 31, 2020
o Judge: June 1 – June 5, 2020
o Winners announcement: 12pm on June 8, 2020
o Ceremony: June 13, 2020
l Judging criteria
o Announce 2 Popularity Awards
o Screening 3 entries (1st to 3rd awards)
o Judging process: Korean Education Center judges score + KTN PD judges score
l Award Ceremony
o 1st prize (1): KTN award with $500
o 2nd prize (1): Atlanta Korean Education Center award with $300
o 3rd prize (1): $200
o Popularity award (1): certificate of award
* THIS YEAR'S CEREMONY WILL BE VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM.
l Note
o Website peaches, comments, vote etc. if we find same ip for supports, there will be a penalty.
o Previous, commercial use, awarded, illegitimacy entries will be ruled out during judging process, and if any of those is find out later, the award will be deprived.
o KTN reserves the right to use submitted videos on the KTN website and in other promotions, including but not limited to the KTN channel on YouTube and the KTN air channel
o Content must comply with all local and national laws of the country of origin and the United States. Content must not 1) promote illegal behavior; 2) support racial, religious, sexual or other invidious prejudice; 3) advocate sexual or violent exploitation; 4) violate rights established by law or agreement; 5) invade the privacy of any person; or 6) be otherwise inappropriate as determined by KTN in its sole and conclusive determination. If there is any issue, the entrant takes all the responsibility.

「 제2회 KTN영상제 」
“한글, 한국음식, K-POP, 한국영화”를 주제로 미 동남부 유일의 한국어 방송국 KTN과 주 애틀랜타총영사관 한국교육원이 공동 주최하는 영상제.
· 일시: 2020년 6월 13일
· 장소: KTN Ballroom

o 한글 / 한국음식 / K-POP / 한국영화 중 최소 1가지 이상을 선택
o 영상 타이틀이나 크레딧에 「 제2회 KTN영상제 」 필수삽입
· 출품자격: 누구나(국적, 연령 제한 없음)
· 출품방법: 작품을 본인 비디오채널(ex. YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)에 업로드 후 영상 링크와 KTN 홈페이지에서 다운받은 신청서를 함께 info@ktnatlanta.com으로 이메일 지원.
· 출품규격
o 형식: 2020년 3월 1일 이후 제작 완성된 자유 형식의 창작영상물
o 분량: 5분 미만
o 언어: 영어 혹은 한국어 (혼용가능)
o 출품팀 구성: 개인 혹은 단체 무관
o 출품수: 개인 혹은 단체별 1편
· 세부일정:
o 출품기간: 2020년 5월 15일 ~ 31일
o 심사: 2020년 6월 1일 오후 6시 ~ 6월 5일
o 선정작 공지: 2020년 6월 8일 12:00
o 시상: 2020년 6월 13일

o 아이디어의 독창성 및 창의성
o 주제 적합성
o 기술 및 구성의 완성도
o 작품성
· 심사절차:
o 1~3위 3편 상영
o 인기상 1편 발표
§ 순위 결정 방식: 한국교육원 심사위원단의 평가점수+ KTN 심사위원단의 평가 점수
· 시상
o 1위(1): KTN상, 상금 $500
o 2위(1): 한국교육원상, 상금 $300
o 3위(1): 상금 $200
o 인기상(1): 상장 및 부상
o ※ 올해 시상은 ZOOM을 통한 VIRTUAL CEREMONY로 대체되었습니다.
· 유의사항
o 홈페이지 피치, 댓글, 투표 등 동일ip중복 참여 시 패널티 발생
o 기존 출품작, 상업적 용도의 작품, 타 공모전 수상작, 위법 소지의 작품, 출품 규격에 맞지 않는작품은 심사에서 제외되며, 수상 이후 그 사실이 밝혀지는 경우 수상 취소
o 수상 작품에 대한 저작권 등 일체의 권리는 출품자와 KTN이 공유함
o 출품작 중 저작권 침해, 초상권 침해, 명예훼손, 음란, 폭력물, 불법 정보 유포 등의 소지가 있는 경우 심사에서 제외되며, 민형사상 문제 발생 시 출품자에게 모든 책임이 있음
